Maintenance and scrapping standards for steel plate clamps:

Steel plate clamps need to be used for a longer period of time, and must be repaired as necessary. In addition, after the scrapping standards are met, they must be scrapped immediately.

Maintenance of steel plate clamps:

Before and after each use, check the presence or absence of abnormalities in each part, such as cracks in the weld seam of the caliper. Hole or shaft deformation and rotating parts are scratched, rust and tong body damage.

After the logo is lost, it should be replenished in time to avoid mistakes.

When not in use for a long time, apply grease to each active part.

The storage location should be protected from rust and damage to the surface of the transverse tongs.

Replace parts or scrap when one of the following conditions occurs:

When the wear height of the jaws reaches 10% of the original height;

When the amount of wear of the clamp shaft reaches 2.5% of the original diameter;

The overall movement of the transverse tongs is not flexible, and it is still not working after the lubricating parts are added to the sliding parts;

When the jaw has a beam tooth chipping or a tooth breaks;

When the pliers or caliper is deformed to 1.5% of the original size.
